Doing Business With Fusion Application Process

As the first step, we advise you to contact Fusion Capital to discuss questions of eligibility and learn more about the products offered. The application process starts with an initial screening, followed by the actually application and appraisal process. If the application is approved, the required documentation is finalized and the loan is disbursed. In details the process is as follows:

Initial client contact

  • Visit Fusion at ACK Garden House to go through a client screening interview and submit the client screening form
  • Thereafter a Business Advisor will visit your business premises to conduct the initial business appraisal

Business visit and application

  • If passing the initial client screening, you will be asked to submit a complete application form along with the documents listed in the loan requirements form
  • Thereafter, a Business Advisor will visits your business premises and household to obtain information to conduct the final business appraisal
  • After completing the appraisal the Business Advisor will present your case to Fusion's credit committee

Disbursement funds

  • If the application is approved by the credit committee you will receive a "letter of offer".
  • The next step is to sign the loan agreement, submit the necessary documents for example relating to security and thereafter the loan is disbursed.

Client relationship and business support

  • A Business Advisor will contact you regularly to ensure the loan is being used and repaid effectively, and to support you with any issues you might have.
  • Fusion can request to receive management accounts and other information about the progress of the company.
  • In the case of equity investments, Fusion will attend board meetings to assist the company with the development of its strategy.
