Ethical staff behaviour: We ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to detect and correct corruption or mistreatment of clients, and we ensure timely handling for complaints.

Appropriate collection practices: We ensure that the collection practices followed by staff or externals are appropriate and will never be abusive or coercive.
